Question about installing store Solar Panel and windmill.

I have a question about installing store Solar Panel and windmill.
Do I suppose to install them before I place Sim into the house or installing them after I place Sim into house works on saving energy??

You need to place them on your sim's lot before they have an effect. It doesn't exactly matter what order you install them in.

@Trip - Oh, ok. Thanks for reply. I just went to buy 2 different windmill and 2 different solar panel.
