This lot was designed for a "Tacky Gaudy House" contest, and it's extremely tacky and gaudy! There's a slideshow of it on thesims3.com, which might be fun if you like tacky and gaudy! It has lots of store content but no 3rd party cc or mods. It's now uploaded onto the Exchange - looking there will tell you all the EPs and store content.
