Just so you know, the bath in the bathroom for the master bedroom can't be used by sims. If you move it up against the wall it will work though. Thought I'd tell people who want to install it so they know. Here is how I placed it to get it to work:

Rikki, if you use Alt + Click to move the bathtub and get it out just far enough that the curtains don't look weird, is it still usable?  Am curious.
