Converting community lots to resort

 I would really like to turn an already existing beach community lot into a resort lot, is this possible?

I believe the option is under Real Estate and Travel on the phone.

You have to go into edit town, click on the lot you want to change, go to the icon on the description where you change lot type, use the drop down  and find resort, click the check mark and your good to go.
