Can I make a resort in twin brook??? I have a plan for it, but will the resort have the option to exist?

Definitely! Just choose your lot, convert it to a lot and get to work. Resorts are designed to work in every world but the EA ones are just optimised for Isla Paradiso. I would love to see what you come up with!
