High End Loft Question

Is Endloft another section of the starter pack? If so why cant i play it everytime i try to it only takes me to the the city life and sunset Valley, not to the end loft game itself...its so frustrating all i do is switch from nightlife to the regular sunset valley and i know there is more i can do. PLEASE HELP!

natalie24, this probably belongs in another thread, but I will answer your question. High End Loft is a stuff pack, not an expansion. It gives you clothing, hairstyles, and some furniture.
