Can a sim lose or gain weight? I know you can make them really skinny or very large but not if exercise will tone them up

Doing exercise will make a sim lose weight and over eating regularly will make sims gain weight. At least, that's what I've heard from stories and things.

You can also purchase a Lifetime Reward called Body Sculptor. It will allow you to change your body shape instantly.
