Building and construction board?

Will we have a building and construction board to post tutorials and other related information, requests and showboat thread? I just posted a link to a counter/cabinet tutorial in the hints and tips thread, but felt that it would be better placed on this kind of board.

Yes we will be having building and construction board for sims4.  Pam will get that setup later this evening.
