Deleting wallpaper

I am trying to delete/sell wallpaper without deleting the entire wall itself. Any help appreciated.

Hold down the ctrl key when clicking.  That will delete the wallpaper (or flooring) instead of placing it.  If you DO want the whole thing at once, hold down the shift as well.

Be in the wall coverings and then use the Ctrl+click on the wallpaper you want to remove.
