Moonlighting at a bar

Can you moonlight at a bar? My sims tended some bars in lounge, bar, and nightclub, but he couldn't receive any money.

You can tend bar, and gain skill that way, and complete goals for free, but you don't get paid.

I see, i thought that maxing mixology skill can at least give us opportunity to make money with it, but it's only put into use at mixology branch of culinary career
