Livestreaming?

Sorry- how do you livestream? My Sim has maxed out the Video Gaming skill, but I just can't find the interaction on the computer, tablet, or motion pad. I'm confused. Any help?

Yes Dellena is correct, you need to be in tech guru career and reached esport gamer branch (level 7), you will have the option to live stream when you click on play games on the computer.
