Skill chart by age

Something I have been looking for, but can't seem to find, is a chart of skills by age.  mostly I am looking for what, if any, skills a child and a teen sim can and cannot learn.  Has one already been made, because I couldn't find it.

There isn't one, but I can give a basic overview.

Kids Can Learn: (complete)
Fishing
Logic
Painting
Photography
Inventing
Writing

Teens Can Learn: (incomplete)
Athletic
Charisma
Cooking
Gardening
Handiness
Nectar Making
Martial Arts
LN Skills
SN Skills
ITF Skills

I think teens can learn any non-hidden skill that adults can. A few individual actions are unavailable to them, such as moonlighting at a bar (for mixology) or detonation (for inventing).

Thanks.  I just wanted to check for reference before I started a personnel project I was planning.
