Under the game options the auto age (unplayed sims) do they stop aging if you marry them or will they continue to age since they were unplayed at one point in time?

If you have aging turned off for your active household and one of your sims marries and NPC/unplayed sim, that NPC becomes a part of your active household. So, the new spouse will stop ageing once they join your active household.
