Sending Sims to CAS

If you have a Sim that you'd like to be able to use in a future game and save them to CAS with a dresser or mirror, is it possible to remove their skills and whim points so that you can start fresh with them?

Not exactly, but if you make a twin of them then it is essentially the same sim but with no skills or aspirations completed etc

That's a good idea. I just tried it and got one very similar, with different hair and clothes. The hair and clothes aren't hard to change, though. Thanks.
