Pictures inside Vehicles

How do you take pictures inside of a vehicle? I've seen this done numerous times in different stories including Immortal Dynasties so I know it's not a cheat or a mod that allows you to do this as both are forbidden in Immortal Dynasties.

Pause the game get the camera near to the car then press the tab key, you now have a more free camera movement and can zoom into the car
