Beauty Marks Placement

I am trying to make a celebrity sim that has a beauty mark next to her lip but on the opposite side as the default one.  Is there any way to get a beauty mark on our left side by the lip?

Unfortunately, no. I'm pretty sure there isn't any way to adjust the placement of the facial markings.
