No skill books in downloaded Library

I've downloaded a library from the gallery to play in Newcrest, however there are no skill books (or any books actually) on the bookshelves.

I have been in build mode and can place new bookshelves - these all appear to have the generic books but no skill books.

I know in Sims 3 the Book Corral was a specific bookcase which came with just skill books. Is there one in 4 that I am missing? Or is there a way I can add skill books to the existing bookshelves?

I had the same problem but after I restarted the game they all showed up.

Ah ok, well hopefully it'll "restock" when I go back into the game.
