Automatic work hard tone OR no/delayed super speed on commencing work.

I'm looking for a mod that does either of these two things. I'm tired of my sims getting pipped at the post as far as promotions go. The split second that it takes me to pause the game to switch over to 'work hard', more than half an hour passes for my sims, even with my finger hovering over the ~ key doing super fast double taps.
