Hidden Lot
« on: December 10, 2015, 02:53:40 AM »
I don't know about you guys, but I expect a hidden lot somewhere based on the past. Let me know if you find one, I'm a bit tied up with things and some family health problems so my guides will come a little slower this time.

Carl, they've already said that there is no hidden lot in Windenburg. There are 3 special lots -- the Ruins, the Von Haunt Estate, and the Bluff, but you can get to all of them through map view.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Those lots are indeed 'special'. Maybe it'll be worth making a page about their features :)

There is a secret not so secret entrance to the bluffs from the lot to the east. It's just a bramble patch that you walk through and takes you to the bluffs.  Your supposed to be able to see the sea serpent from the bluffs but I have yet to see it.

Definitely worth making a page about these lots. They are really neat.

@tonycdh yeah no serpent for me either, but think I'll do my dance page there so that maybe I'll get a screenshot of it.

Gonna add Nutella's list of perks to the guide and do dance this week so that the main articles are there, then revamp the GT gateway page.

Slowly work in other additions, balancing out some guide writing for Fallout 4.

If you go to the edge of the bluffs, look out at all of the sailboats that are boating past.  Just keep an eye on that, that's where the serpent is it's hard to kind of see him but he does show up quite often. Usually to blurry to get a good picture. I tried to snap a picture of him, but couldn't get a decent one.

@tonycdh Same thing I thought, Loch Ness monster. Thanks for sharing the shots. If I have trouble getting one of my own do you mind if I use it on my page about Windenburg?

I should be able to get them. For some things, I use the super-speed mod that lets you fast forward as if Sims are sleeping at any time. With needs static I can wait on it to appear, but sometimes there's a chance an animation flies through before I can get a shot.

Don't super speed thru it, because surely you will miss him. (It's a him, I checked :-))  Even if you go at fast or medium speed, he disappears just as quick as he appears.  You are more than welcome to use pics. Wish I could zoom in better, but that's about as good as it gets.
