Hot tubs without late night?

So I was playing sims the other day, and one of my sims wishes for a hot tub.
I don't have late night and was wondering if was a game update.
Anyhow, I can not find it in the build or buy catalog, so I don't really understand anything.
Anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the forum.  Could you please redo your post in black.  It would be appreciated.

Sometimes sims get totally random wishes.  Did you install the patch that is suppose to go with Late Night.  I would imagine if you have the patch installed and not the game, maybe that is why the sim is getting that wish.

No, I have only updated my game and I have Ambitions, High End Loft Stuff and World Adventures.
I don't really understand what you mean by "patch" but I can assume I haven't.

(Sorry about the colors, I had read the rules but I thought it meant that you couldn't send messages with color. Won't happen again)

If your base game is updated to 1.18, regardless of what expansions you have, you'll get wishes for hot tubs and other late night items. These, for obvious reasons, cannot be completed without late night, so just right-click-cancel them.

A patch is the same thing as an update.  We use the terms interchangeably around here.
