Lot meanings

I miss the lot definitions from Sims 3. I know the guide for Sims 3 is still there I just want one similar for Sims 4. I know the different lots have different meanings, but I can't find anything on them. Additionally as a sidebar, I know that was supposed to be a bonus lot if you had get together and get to work installed. Does anyone know what this is?

There's like hundreds of guides for sims 4 lots

I very well may add them, while also doing the build requirements as a reference guide. Thanks for the suggestion :)
