Help with CAS advanced mode not working

[SRF2015]

 I want to edit my horse in sims 3 so I enter CAS with Testingcheatsenabled true. It works fine until I go to Shape or Coat Advanced mode, the panel that has all the options on it when you aren't in Advanced mode doesn't disappear and the tack on the horse goes away like it is suppose too. When I exit CAS the panel is still there in game mode. I have already cleared Caches and took out all mods but nothing changes.
