Changing Relationships

Can someone please help me as I haven't been playing long. I have created a family, but I accidently put 2 of them as brother and sister instead of spouses. How can I change it?

If you have exited out of CAS, then you cannot change the siblings relationship. Sorry.

That's true.  You cannot change the sibling relationship.  You'll have to start a new game and make new Sims.
