Needing to go home for adventures

Hello, i would like to know if it is possible to go home during a vacation (to get something to complete an adventure) without ending my vacation?

Also, is it possible to travel to either france, egypt or china and back using the teleportation device?

Any halp would be grately appreciated

No, you can't. Teleportation works only inside a world. It isn't like traveling to different worlds.

I don't know if you'll see this or not, but if you head over to nraas, they have a "Traveler" mod that will allow you to travel between china, france, and egypt freely. Candy is right though, you can't go home w/o ending your vacation. You can probably get a mod that will allow you to travel abroad immediately after coming home though.
