Lost tombstone in Sims 3

 Last week I took a philistopher stone then I bring a ghost from my sims 3 world then I don't like play with ghost and sent netherworld him (I couln't make an ambrisoa) but now I can but I can't find his tombstone anywhere graveyard ?no inventories no houses no how can I find this or Where are they going if snet to netherworld I can't find just his tombstone I have got every tombstone except his one and he is somwhere ı know because  ı can see him in family tree please someone tell something

Have you tried "manage the dead" at the mausoleum at the graveyard ? His tombstone might be there.
If it isn't, and the ghost is still present in the world, I'd revive him temporarily and kill him, so that a new tombstone will be generated.
