Compelling cancelling on its own...?
« on: April 19, 2017, 09:28:05 PM »
Hello all. I'm noticing a weird thing in my queue when my vampire sim compels another sim for a drink that the action stays in the queue and gets an x over it like it was cancelled and doesn't go away. However this doesn't happen everytime, it's more like 4/5 times this happens. I can't get it to go away. I'm not cancelling it either, it's like the game is. Only if my sim travels and the loading screen has to pop up that it goes away. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have. Don't know the cause, but it has minimal effect on game play in my games so I ignore it. It happens most often when the sim I an compelling leaves before the drink action happens or if I have another social on cue with that sim that I abort, especially a goodbye one.

One last thing resetting the sim make it go away without traveling at least in my game.

Yes I have had this quite often. It doesn't seem to effect the game-play after it occurs so I've just been ignoring it. Would be a problem if it remained after traveling or a reload for sure.

Alright, as long as it goes away and hasn't been causing any kind of big issues its not to bad for now. Just a slight annoyance.  Thanks!
