Goodness, they're such a cute little household!  Young Aki has grown into a lovely young woman.  Hmmm, will she be Joaquin's true love?  Could he possibly love her more than he loves his hedgehog?  Time will tell, I suppose.
While this household is lovely and enjoyable, you know I don't think they're quite as lovely or enjoyable as Team Mary.  Go Team Mary!

Omigosh, Aki grew up into such a beautiful teen, and blazed through that childhood aspiration! Gotta love artistic prodigy. The Ponsonby's have great genes, though! Well, all of your families do. You make such pretty sims ;D I'm also really impressed with how quickly the career's been going without the well!

@oshizu Yeah! I was worried about the Ponsonby's, starting two days behind the others, but they made great strides.
Poor Honey, indeed. All that smooching really wore her out. :)
I'm really happy with Aki's portrait. I think she's particularly beautiful, and I'm extremely happy it only took two tries to get a museum contender. Pats on the back for Joaquin!

@Shewolf13 Yay! Yeah, Aki's off to a great start! *joins in happy dance*

@wa-wa-world They do grow up so fast! Especially in this kind of dynasty! I hope the lack of childhood doesn't have any lasting negative effects on the poor kiddos.
And Great Kisser is awesome. I'm mad at myself for forgetting about it until now because Charisma is so useful and so tedious to level, but yeah, I just spammed "Kiss, kiss hands, kiss cheek, passionate kiss" over and over and over and in a couple of hours charisma was done! Woot woot!

@LenaLJ Yes, childhood is too fast! Even a week in the short-lifespan legacy seems luxurious by comparison. It's nice to be doing more than one project now, just so I can experience different things.

@commasplice Yes! *knock on wood* Things are really coming along. I surprise myself every week!

@Magpie2012 *waves madly* Hooray for Tapatalk! Glad to see you! We can wave #TeamUndecided banners together. :)

@PeregrineTook Oof. Aki or the hedgehog. Now that's a toughie! I'm not sure if I want the two of them together yet, but he does seem to gaze longingly at her an awful lot. Team Mary coming up!

@rika1431 I think Aki turned out especially pretty, too! I was concerned because the Rasoya chin is VERY strong, and I think Honey pulls it off well, but I'm glad it's softened a little bit with the next generation. I was pretty floored with Honey's career speed, too! I think it's just a matter of remembering to do everything (renew vows, massage, yoga, bath, cloudgaze, etc., etc.) before she goes to work. Oh, and the Responsible trait is pure gold. Honey got a lot of great chance cards that boosted her up, too.

Goodnight, Week 5, Part 1

Mum,

So, as youíll perhaps recall, Johnny and I had a baby. She was born with raven black hair like her mother.

Which spontaneously changed to blonde when we put her in the wardrobe to change her clothes. Since the same (opposite) thing happened to me when I became a teen I guess we can call it a family trait or something. Anyway, she still looks exactly like me. Lucky child.

She spends pretty much every waking second with her Dad, though.

Iím busy beating people in vampire fights. Who am I beating this time? Oh, look! Itís you! Smarts, donít it?

This guy was supposed to be next, but the sun was coming up and I decided heís actually kind of handsome so I want him to survive in case we need another spouse at some point. Also, I'm now a Master Vampire. Yay.

My progeny found a new way to be stupid and irritating. She would not come down off that bed for love or money. At least she was happy. Ten thousand rounds of blicbloc later and she was still humming to herself. We eventually moved the bed.

Iím working my butt off trying to rank up as a vampire. Iíve got level 2 sun resistance, but it still stings like a mother (no offense) being outside, so I have to lure my lunch indoors before I can take a bite.

Writingís coming right along. Do pick up a copy of Golly Zees next time you're at a bookstore. It's absolute drivel, but that wishing well doesn't feed itself. Show some support!

Speaking of the Well, it's still pretty friendly. I think my working from home sometimes confuses it, though. It said it gave me a performance boost here, but it didnít show on my bar and it seemed like it took forever for my ďguaranteedĒ promotion to come through.

Oh, well. Thereís plenty of people around when I need to take out my frustrations.

Got the dang cowplant berry, finally.

And I spend a lot of time cramming charisma. I leveled it insanely fast, and Iím not sure if thatís because I did Social Butterfly as a kid or because Iím just naturally the sweetest, most charming person alive, but anyway Iím level 10, so I started uploading viral videos to the internet.

Boom. About 795,000 more followers than I need for the Public Relations branch, but itís one less thing to have to think about, anyway. Iím fully overqualified for my job. Now Iíve just got to grind out those promotions.

And continue to kick butt in the neighborhood.

This lady beat me, and apparently only lost her cc skin tone in her regular form, not her dark form. Weird, right? I made fun of her.

Johnny has developed a strange sort of worshipful relationship with the laundry. My clothes smell awesome, so Iím not complaining.

Got promoted. Didnít get a better suit. What. The. Heck.

So, the well thing is going okay, but Iím mostly getting bonuses and ďbetter luck next timeĒs. I guess I should be grateful nothing badís happened, but Iím about ready to just say to heck with it and start wishing every eight hours no matter what. I need to speed this process up, and if itís two steps forward, one step back itís still progress.

Yeaaaah, troops! Rallying them doesnít do too much for us vamps, but itís still kind of fun.

Johnny and I got married in the basement. Rosie was our only guest. She badly needed a bath and smelled like a pile of fish. It was perfect.

I fought this guy over and over. And over and over and over. I was SO CLOSE to Grand Master Vampire, though, that I just couldnít stop. I won some. I lost some. I got bored out of my mind.

Then I remembered you were in my dining room playing with Tracyís toy triceratops.

Thank you for the training. You put me over the top. I had to reconfigure myself, but then I bought Mist Form and Immortal Pleasures.

The reconfiguring was annoying, not only because Iím a terrible mixologist, but because I keep forgetting what powers I have.

I used to sleep really well and now I get super annoying daymares all the time. Ugh.

Anyway, more stuff happened. I'll get to that later.

Give Mummy Lilith a kiss,

T

Oh my goodness!  Titania's such a delight!  Her humor is so dry and blunt.  She's incredible!  I hit so many lines that I thought were the best until I hit the next one.  Such good writing and such a great character!  Yes, I'm gushing, and yes, I'm biased, but that doesn't change that she's magnificent!
Go Team Mary!

It's hard to write anything sufficiently congratulatory about Team Mary when the post above mine has been written by Pippin, adoring Team Mary fanatic.  ;)
Congrats to Tatiana for becoming a Grand Master and earning her two Tier-5 vampire powers, though!

@PeregrineTook I'm so very glad you like Tatiana. She's a blast to write. She's like the part of my personality I don't let out very often. It's fun to turn her loose in this context. :)

@oshizu I'm sure you'll have plenty of equally laudatory things to say once the Moneypenny week comes up. :) I'm very pleased that you and Pippin are so loyal to your teams! It's more fun that way.

@Shewolf13 I love the sparring animations, too! It's hard to get screenshots of them, though. I always seem to pause at the same point. Oh, well. I'll get lots of practice in this dynasty!

Goodnight, Week 5, Part 2

Mum,

Okay, where were we?

Brent canít seem to paint anything other than masterpieces these days. Itís actually really annoying. Our bills are going to be insane.

I know you have a TV at your house, Mum. Go watch the kidsí network in your own living room!

Or better yet, actually help out with the baby! I do appreciate the little dance party you and Johnny threw her. She's absolutely nailing those awkward arm movements you taught her.

And the potty-training. I am so glad I didnít have to deal with much of that filthy nonsense.

Johnny takes several for the team, trying to make the well happy.

Awww! Look at him! All growed up! Brant takes good care of our new pet. In his bunny slippers, no less!

At last! A suit I donít hate! And a promotion, too! Iíd honestly stay at this level just for the chic wardrobe if there werenít a challenge going on.

We may have gotten a little frantic towards the end of Tracyís toddler training. She just sleeps so much! I really felt like we should have been done sooner!

There we go! 4:02 a.m. Friday.

Bye, bye, baby!

Hello little charmer. We decided to go with Social Butterfly even after the troubles I had with it as a kid. I think thatís all fixed, and the kidís going to need a heck of a lot of charisma, so any boosts we can give her in that area are worth the annoyance. Plus, Iíve got nothing else to do but go to work, so itís fine if sheís a little high maintenance as a kid.

Thereís our little Eve, going a touch heavy on the symbolism as she tempts her first Adam.

Iím sorry about Yuki, Mom, even if I was mostly annoyed by the distraction at the time. She was really cute, and probably would have made a good spouse for our grandkids somewhere down the line. I donít know what she thought she was doing playing chess in a park in broad daylight, though. I mean, what did she expect?

But yeah, everyone was sad after that so we came home, and dragged Max with us so he could become Tracyís friend.

Then Daddy got to be her BEST friend. Iím in the background approving. Thatís my approving face.

Then you and Brant got to be her friends, too.

Another Renegade that wasnít. Et tu, Max? I swear kids were not this autonomously responsible when I was growing up.

Right, then more kid friending happened. In the background, you can see Iíve convinced Nina Caliente to dress like a raccoon. I love my job.

Tada! Banged it out in 13 hours flat! Not even a full day as a kid. To the cake!

Iím going to miss those chubby cheeks. Had to have one more picture of those.

She ainít cute, anymore! Sheís a vixen.

A responsible vixen.

All the teens in the club were asleep, so she marched right out and seduced Malcolm Landgraab. Johnny got really quiet all of a sudden. Guess heís not ready for his baby to grow up. Poor Daddy.

May as well montage this. Youíre going to be seeing a lot of it.

Next!

Okay, more awkward pictures of your granddaughter making out with people soon.

Tata for now,

T

Omg, I can't stop giggling at the concept of mom showing off photos of her kid completing serial romantic. I get it, it makes sense, but it's hilarious.

Kudos to Tracey's watcher on that 13-hour Social Butterfly!
Come on, girl, out with your secret!
Did Tracey wearing that T-shirt with a butterfly motif as a toddler make her Social Butterfly friending go any faster?  ;)
Good gracious! Tracey gets lovelier at every stage of her life!
Love the hair and pink dress you picked out for her teen self!
Oh and Johnny is slaying that rockstar-jacket-with-shades look! I've never had a sim who could pull that jacket off!

Terrific update! What I like most about it is that it means the Moneypennys are up next, hahaha.

P.S. I doubted my eyes at the shot of Brant Hecking becoming her friend. It looks like he's jumping up and down because she asked him to be her boyfriend, lol!

Tracey is certainly a vixen!  She's gorgeous.  I'm still #TeamAki  of course, but can't deny the others are lookers ^^  Laughed like a loon at all the pictures of Tracey completing Serial Romantic lol, especially since these are emails/letters to her mother (Tracey's grandmother).

Yes! Yay Tapatalk! I can finally socialise with my favourite people again, over a cup of coffee and a Sim story

I'm so undecided that I'm not even sure whether I'm #TeamUndecided or #TeamEveryone. Then there's also #TeamMidnightMoneypennyPonsby to join! Ahh the choices...

I've said this a gazillion times before, but it bears repeating: I adore your humour and wit! This story is brilliantly full of the most amazing one-liners and just general zaniness as well! #TeamFiori

Good heavens!  My Mary has such awesome genetics!  I mean, just look at her girls!!  Malcolm Landgraab, you are the luckiest pregen teen EVER!  Just sayin'.
Another lovely update.  Seeing my darling Tatiana giving her approving face (yes, that was her approving face) was fantastic!  She's just such great, dry wit!  I could read a novel of Tati.  And watch the movie so long as she gets to play herself in it  ;=)
Vampires for the win!
Go Team Mary!!
