Ageing Question

Hello good people,

I've noticed that time doesn't pass when you're visiting other countries. Does that mean that the natives in these location don't age? Could my elderly Sim return to China, for instance, and see the same kids around town as she did when she was a child herself? Thanks in advance

Actually, they do age in Shang Simla, Champs Les Sims and Al Simhara.  If your Sims are friends with Sims in those WA worlds, you will get the notifications that so and so is elderly and won't last much longer.  Then you'll get the notification that they have passed away.  I have never been back to the WA worlds more than once in my Sims lifetime, so I can't say that this happens to all of them.
