Sims Medieval- New beginnings platinum but 20 QP left over?

So I started playing Sims Medieval- I have 13 buildings so far so New Beginnings is platinum but I have QP left over.  Should I keep doing quests to use that or finish this Ambition and choose another?

As long as the Ambition is active (i.e. you still have Quest Points), you can still make progress on Watcher Level achievements, so if those are a goal, continuing the Ambition can be worthwhile. 20 is enough for 5-10 quests, which could be enough to get a lot done.
