How to get rid of a ghost dog in the household?
« on: January 05, 2018, 03:32:06 PM »
My dog died of old age, and then the ghost came, and I had the option to invite it to join the household, so I did but now I'm thinking.. nah, can't be getting spooked by these ghostly howls, and one of the cats hates it, so how do I get rid of a ghost dog?

Click on the tombstone or urn and 'return to netherworld'. This will remove the ghost permanently from your game.

So there's no way to remove him from the household but still have the occasional visit?  sigh.  Oh well.. time to let go..  ty :)

Edited:   That option isn't there.. it was before, but not anymore.

Oh yes, you can simply move the ghost out into another household. I thought you wanted to get rid of the ghost as in "out of your game".

Ah, I see! Thanks :)   I will try that.  I don't know why I can't do the thing with the urn, maybe because I decided I wanted a ghost. and once you let them in they aren't so easy to get rid of? hehe.
