Just a little heads up.

Sometimes, when Sims go on vacation, they load in with the homesick moodlet right away which is annoying. Using the cheat 'sims.remove_all_buffs' will fix that. But in my case just now, it apparently also messed up a pregnancy. At the very least the pregnancy moodlet disappeared. Then I took the Sim in question to plan an outfit by clicking on a drawer and everything seemed fine. But once back in the game, the pregnancy was completely gone and the Sim had to become pregnant anew.

Oh yes, if you remove buffs it removes the pregnancy and vampirism and all sorts of goodies so never use the cheat 'sims.remove_all_buffs' on a vamp or a pregnant sim.

FYI Pregnancy in particular is very susceptible to cheats so even if you are using cheats to increase the number of nooboos etc don't go through a loading screen until the sims given birth.

No the potions won't effect pregnancy or vampirism, just the buff cheats.
