Is it possible to have a vampire/ wizard hybrid?

Just curious.  I'm assuming no, because there would be conflicts between the UI, but I figured someone here might know better.

You can get a vampire that has one of the Bloodline Traits but the vampire would not be able to have any of the spellcaster skills, instead they would pass on the Bloodline trait to their children.
