Is it possible to play more than 2 expansion packs on The Sims 3?

I already have Generations,and Seasons installed,I'm planning to install World Adventures one day but not just yet,If i install World Adventures will i still be able to play Seasons and Generations.

Yes? The Launcher might warn you about playing more than a couple packs at once but you can play with all of them if you want to (performance is very variable).

Also this is the second thread you posted in the TS4 section. I'm moving this to Sims 3 Gameplay Discussion and I feel like a lot of your questions would be best suited to there.

I have all of them running with the exception of Seasons, Island Paradise and Into the Future Active. I also have all the stuff packs running
