How do you increase the maximum number of families in a household?

I have reinstalled The Master Controller Mod for The Sims 3,I like to increase the number of families living in a household like more than 8. 8)

Go to City Hall or a computer -> NRaas -> MasterController -> Settings. "Allow More Than 8 Sims" is the first or second option and you flip from false to true.
