Belladonna Cove graves

How do I get the missing graves back in the Belladonna Cove graveyard? I know there was an Issue when the developers programmed it that gives it the same Neighborhood ID as Pleasantview, causing the graves to disappear.

Does anyone know how to get those back? Either a mod or something in SimPe that I could do?
