Occult Specific House - Lot Trait

HiHi,

I was wondering if any of you know of a way to make a house specifically for a spellcaster sim, I don't want any other kind of occult or non-occult be able to move into the house, but I'm not going to be moving my active sims into this house. Any ideas on how to make this work? I'm in the process of building my own custom world and I'd like to be able to do this with a few houses. Any ideas would be welcome, mods included

The only thing I can think of would be to populate the lots yourself, and then mark them unplayed.

Which reminds me, Minerva Charm has passed away, and her kids have long since moved away, I wonder who will end up in her house?
