Energy Bar Locked

One of my sims does not get tired. Her energy bar does not go down at all. I've tried bringing it down with testingcheatsenabled true, but even that doesn't help. Any I deas what's causing it, or how I can fix it?

I have not experienced that.  I remember in the My Garden of Eatin' Smells Fishy!, someone posted that the bladder bar didn't move for a bit, but later it did.  How long has the bar stayed static?

Are you sure you hadn't made the needs static? Because you can't move the bars around with Make Needs Static turned on. Well, perhaps you didn't use this cheat, otherwise all the needs would be unmovable...

Do you use any mods?
