The next day brought the birthdays of Aries, Orion, Luna and myself. After losing our mother, we decided on something a little more low-key.
We invited along Aries fiance Jeanette and dad's friend Davey.
Orion, Aries and I blew out the candles first. Dad mumbled something about us being so unorganised that we couldn't even stand next to each other to blow out the candles.
I decided to get a new haircut - something more adultish. Unfortunately, the lines of adulthood where already appearing on my face.
Next up came our little girls birthday. She was looking forward to becoming a teen very much.
She aged up looking so much like her father - except for her eyes. She had my eyes; my fathers eyes.
Her outfit consists of lots of hot pink - it's her favourite colour.

The birthdays helped us to cheer up a little. We know that my mum - Agnes - would want us to be happy, and that gave us all strength.

Authors note: I was kind of freaked out when I saw what Luna looked like when she aged up - she looks like a sim version of myself with brown hair instead of black and brown eyes instead of blue!
I even told my partner to look at the sim, and the first thing he said was "That looks just like you".
I think I may take a copy of Luna and put in her CAS in a new game and put her as my display picture. The game managed to produce a much more accurate version of me then I was able to
