Hmmm, I am not pleased with this behavior... ;)
God created Pie when He wanted a snack.  Pie was very pretty so lots of cute boys wanted her attention.  Eventually she ended up marrying a Greek god (Erebus) and having a child named Rebekah Ruella Felucia, nicknamed Bekka. <br />Bekka grew older and became the second vampire to exist, and is 9,086,753,423 years old.

Diary,

Who doesn't love a good party? There's been way too much sadness around the house. Uncle Roland went off and bought Smuggler's Beach. Mom and Hope remodeled it for a wedding putting out frilly chairs, buffet table, flowered archway. I thought of adding the dive bar. Uncle Roland whispered he liked my idea best. After all Uncle Roland did pay me to take pictures at his bachelor party. He also paid me to destroy them. However, I kept them. They may prove useful someday.

This is Uncle Roland spraying some party crasher. We don't know who he is but he looks oddly familiar...Anyways, do you know how hard it is to mop up nectar? Yes Mom is making me clean up...apparently since I snuck downstairs to go I have to clean up. Why is this? It's Uncle Roland's party!

These are the lady dancers....and the reason why I was supposed to burn the pictures.

This is the reason why no one watched the lady dancers. What is it with parties and people dying? Grim did like the juice drink I served him though. He also danced with one of the lady dancers. It wasn't too creepy...but Mom caught me at the party before I could take that picture.

These were just cool pictures of the wedding...but someone had to get to them and make them all girly and frilly. Sisters I tell ya! Doesn't know what's hers and what's mine! She makes a great drummer though. We played at the wedding.

Here is their first kiss...which again what's with the frills and hearts I tell ya!

Here is the cake Mom spent hours and hours perfecting. It was strawberry and tasted great. It was a lot of work for just one cake though. The party lasted until 5am. I love dancing and a good party, but I thought Mom and Dad would let us stay home and sleep the next day. Nope, off they ushered us to school the next morning. Two hours of sleep then Mrs. McDermott for history..you are begging for me to fall asleep.

Don't tell though Colton and I are going to flood the school tonight. It'll be the prank of the century!

I title this post. "Nicky why do you keep disappearing."

I have good reasons. This saturday, I don a silly looking gown, hat, and tassel. I walk across that stage to get a piece of paper that says I have a bachelor's degree. I haven't played sims in forever. I'm in huge withdrawals. I hope everyone is still here and wishes to read more. I apologize for going AWOL. I just got very overwhelmed with final projects, presentations, etc. ad lots

Also, I've had one of my dogs to pass away. So I may not be playing right away. Seeing a Siberian Husky is still a sore spot for me. Even a Sim one. :(

Let's see what have you missed since we last saw each other....

We'll I've played but had no time to write or post. Not that any of you is interested in that. :P Onto the Millhams.

Hope felt sorry for this puppy she saw at a neighbor's party. So she promptly brought him home. His name is Cash and currently spends his days harassing the bird Faythe promptly responded and adopted. According to Faythe birds are much more artistic and chic. Klara puts her foot down and forces them both to share cage and puddle cleaning duties.

Klara and Jeffery made it through mid-life crisis in one piece. They also are in love more than ever.  Klara compromised with Jeffery and let him get a new car as long as they agreed to her wish. When things settle down they wish to have a child late in life. It better be soon considering their birthdays are in just a matter of a few days. They have yet to share this news with the girls.

Unfortunately for them there wasn't enough time to have date night alone. Klara split her time helping new Moms with their nooboos. Britania welcomed a little girl into her new family. Roland welcomed a son that looks oddly just like Antony. This author would like to note that the baby could be Antony's twin. It's scary. The results are still out on how he looks like as a child though.

Hope and Faythe breezed through their teen years. Hope was crowned Prom Queen. Faythe beat up anyone that refused to vote for Hope or just frankly looked funny. Both girls earned places on the honor roll. Hope spent her time after school in activities. Faythe never made it to activities...she spent a lot of time clapping eraser's in detention though! The town has yet to trigger all of her pranks that she's set.

I don't know who was more excited to see the girls age up....me or them. I feel like I"ve played their childhood three times! (Which I have due to glitches) Here we are though at a big party! It was finally their birthday. I didn't take many pictures. If I had this would have been a story post instead of catch up. Unfortunately, three people died and one birthday cake sent the house aflame...again. I do wonder if anyone in this family can just have a normal party?

Both girls aged up beautifully. Faythe begged her parents to allow her to go to France instead of graduation. Klara wouldn't hear of it. Good thing too somehow Faythe won Most Popular and Valedictorian. How she managed that I don't know. Hope was extremely happy for her sister. After the ceremony Faythe did indeed get to travel to France. Hope chose to stay home.

Faythe was supposed to study music while on her trip. She was supposed to bring home an incense burner and recipies for her Mom. Instead she brought home...well

Let's just say Klara is not a fan of her new son-in-law!

Lovesims I'm at work right now. However, I don't mind sharing with you the hex codes for her hair. Thanks for the welcome back. I also discovered something else last night. My family gave me a Nook Tablet for Christmas. I can easily read the forum with it. Now I can catch up on everyone's stories!

Edit: I got the codes for ya! The base tips and roots are all the same color. That is R=255 G=191 B=159. The highlights are R=68 G=44 B=33.

@loveSims-It's no problem!

@Everyone else- Have you read? The source for the editing for this entire story is closing. Yes I mean Picnik. I'm very angry about this because I do love the tool. Anyway, if anyone new reads this wondering where I got the collages...well after April 19th they won't exist. I wanted to give whomever a heads up on this. Also in this chapter the Millhams will yes move. Not by my choice. I thought the latest patch would fix travel bugs. I found out the hard way they do not. Thank goodness for backups! To avoid any more weirdness in the family tree I am switching towns.

Paper I write my thoughts on,

You know all of those romantic writers that pen all of these beautiful manuscripts? Ya know the ones about how relationships are sooo easy and romance is always there? Well they lie. They also don't have a husband that doesn't speak the most fluent English. They also don't have a Mother still furious with them.I can't help it. Well I guess I could have been considerate and waited....dated from afar. I didn't want to do that though. Why can't she understand that?

The fighting at home has been growing every day. Mom takes meals out on the patio. Robin and I eat at the table with Hope. Dad eats in the kitchen. It's awful. I cant stand it. When did this family become so fragmented? How could my actions ruin what generations had built. What's worse is I got a notice in the mail. It's something my Mom won't like at all. Appaloosa Springs Academy of Music has accepted me into their program.

It's an honor to get in. I can't believe they picked me just based off my high school work. It's only a small town symphony but still...it's a symphony! I'm excited and scared and terrorified. Robin and I snuck into the garage to talk. He supports me and says I should go for it. I want to. I don't want to leave Mom and Dad behind...much less Barnacle Bay. I don't want to leave with my parents hating me.

Robin's advice was for me to relax and sleep on it. He has a very level head. He is the rock to my flightiness. It was nice to have someone to talk to during all this. Then again partly he is to blame for all this chaos. He hasn't had it easy either. He is still searching for a job. I'm going to go grey early with all of this debating and worry.

Tonight I was pacing upstairs again. Many nights I don't sleep. Out of no where came a voice and face I hadn't seen in years. Grandpa Antony had come to visit. It didn't take long before I spilled the entire situation to him. Grandpa Antony told me about Grandma Raquelle and even how my Mom was when she was young. IT was the first time in weeks that I felt like a part of family.

It was strange to hear that I wasn't the black sheep or odd duck out. Apparently, I had inherited the exact same spirit that all Millham women had. After hours, I cried and hugged him. I didn't want to leave him and Grandma Kanta. Quietly he smiled and hugged me. His words were very special to me. He simply said, "Go live your life. It wasn't a dream to just keep you prison here. Your family heritage will always follow you. We will always be in your heart."

I ran out for some air shocked. Tomorrow my family would talk.

I'm sorry about Picnik closing and your problems with travel bugs. It is best to play in a new town. Can't wait to see what happen in Apaloosa plains! :)

I just LOVE this legacy. Your characters and the storyline have been a huge inspiration for my own gameplay. It's all just so flawless and magnificent I'm in awe. Hats off!!

P.S. That's too bad about Picnik closing. Thanks for telling us.

I heard about Picnik, it's a shame. I found it easier sometimes than loading up photoshop. Can't wait to read the Millham's in their new home!  :)

@wednesday21 You flatter me. I'm blushing  :-[ (Is that smiley blushing?) Thank you for your compliment.

I'm getting one more banner in on picnik. It's on the front page. The closing has been a blessing in disguise. I lost a lot of old millham pictures during my big glitches. Now thanks to Picnik takeout I have a lot of them back.

Before the move, we all talked for hours. Pretty soon it was agreed. Not only would Robin and I move off but the rest of the family would as well. Mom had been hiding an opportunity for her to transfer. Dad called an old colleague about doing some research in the Appaloosa Springs Lab. Hope was up for the ride anywhere. She was still very much young and unsure what she wanted to do.

There was also another reason for the whole family to move. The sixth generation of our legacy was on its way. Mom and Dad both wanted to watch the little one grow up. Mom knew better than anyone the old family stories. She can't wait to start telling them to the little one.

Mom's already given me the family book. I've just begun transferring my writings to it. That is why there are many blank pages in front of this one. It's amazing to see how things changed through the years. I never quite understood why the legacy was so important to Mom. Since reading the story, I have a new appreciation for my family. Thankfully I will have lots of time to catch up on my part. My career is on hold until after the nooboo is born.

None of us wanted to build another house. It seemed like we've lived in so many. Robin traveled ahead of us. He hoped to find the perfect place. He had been listening to our current complaints about our old homes. He even read the family book also. Robin made sure to write all of his notes in French. He always insisted in his heavy accent, "Is surprise. Trust me." When a man says that it always scares me.

However, once I saw our new home I knew it was perfect. The yard is big enough for Dad's garden and for a fishing pond. Behind it is an open field to watch wildlife in. The bottom floor was open and roomy for a big family. Yet the rooms each gave us our privacy. There was a second floor big enough for all of our hobby supplies and two extra bedrooms. I hate to admit it, but Robin did a good job. Just don't tell him. I can't have my husband get a big head now do I?

I'm really starting to show. Mom tries her hardest to get me to rest. Things are just so boring while everyone is at work! Hope and I take walks to see our new neighborhood. We discovered an equestrian center just down the road. We've also met the nicest family named the foxes. Hope spends her day there playing with their new foal.

We better watch out. I got a feeling someone is about to be a self-employed horsewoman. She spends all her spare hours at the neighbors watching horses. Eventually she will get brave enough to get on one. I actually won't be surprised if she walks home with a foal one day! I just don't know if this family can handle a nooboo and a baby horse!
