Hello Life

Please give a warm welcome to this green fellow. OK, his skin is normal, but everything else in his genes is written in green, hence his name, Emerald Gem. And he is a gem:


Emerald has a very noble and heroic LTW, to save 30 Sims from fire! He is brave, athletic, friendly, neat and perfectionist. Favorite colour is of course, green
First thing this gem did was apply for job. Old Clavell was happy to see a fresh enthusiastic meat Sim and gave him a chance to prove himself as a firefighter-to-be.  Next thing Emerald did was walk around Sunset Valley, and meeting Agnes. He noticed that she is sad and looks like stuck in time, so as friendly as he is, Emerald made her day. They soon became friends, but no romantic sparklings. It just didn't work that way:

Agnes is a young widow, still in grief over her late husband, and was looking for a chance to start over. Emerald is new in town and can use any help he can get. Agnes liked that his goal is so selfless and heroic, and they did became good friends, so they decided to become roomates. Agnes wanted to leave her said past behind, so they went to that large property Emerald bought that morning. To celebrate, they had a dinner at Bistro:

Among so many Sims gathered around, Emerald saw a beautiful girl. Their eyes meet and sparklings were all over the place. He had to go inside, but this girl waited for him.


After a meal Emerald was rushing outside to try finding her, and there she was.. amazed by each other they said a temporary goodbuy. It was time to go home. And home there was, Agnes and Emerald got a little home, with everything they needed, and with separate bedrooms.

Second morning in Sunset Valley Emerald went to work. He looks good in this uniform, but then, everyone but old Clavell does.


And he jumped into fire on his first day of work:

Agnes kept visiting consignment store, not just in search for the camera, something else was attracting her.. guess who is working there:

Second night in Sunset Valley proved that Agnes did the right thing. I could never imagine her doing this:

Day after day Agnes was blooming after each visit to consignment store. And this is why:

Emerald was working hard, but was sad cause he seem to miss every little chance he had to find Jamie. But he couldn't get her out of his head. After a phone call, he figured that she will be home at least at down, so after sleepless night, he parked in front of her home at 5.00 AM and she opened the door. Looking at her in his favorite color, he fall on his knees. And while there, he popped up the question:

Seconds later, they traditionally went to their new home, only to change for work. Synchronized as they are, both changed into red theme and rushed to work:

Great start and good luck with using a profession for your dynasty.  I was going to and figured it might be too hard to be out of the house so much, but that is the point of a good challenge.  It should be interesting and I know you can do it.  I love the green hair and he is cute.

Emerald is amazingly handsome!  I love how you reconnected Agnes and Chris. Funny how they meet in every second story. Aren't they, Salty?

Well, they do make amazing nooboos and I like this story so far, hmmm, wonder why, lol.  Now see what you have made me do, now I am going to have to go play my game.  The stories seem to be getting better and better and the writing is amazing.  You all never cease to amaze me with your skills.

Thank you Salty, ChronicR and Simlishlol!  I agree, Jamie is the most beautiful Sim in SV, and she has nice traits and is already few steps ahead in med career. She was a great founders wife and had pass some great genes in Stuckson family, so I'm sticking with her. I wasn't much concerned with profession as a career, it turns out that they are the fastest careers to max. I had a 3.gen spar maxing ghost profession in less than 2 weeks, with household full of Sims, it just include some planning and pausing game to check things up back home. I am a little bit concerned about this LTW since it is mostly random when will the chance for saving Sims come up. Still, he has almost 9 weeks before Grim should come, so it shouldn't be a game breaker. And you're right, I wanted a challenge

Thanks for the support Alexandria and Joria! Now I'm shore I have the unlucky trait, cause my monitor died last night, and new one is not on sight. But, I'm the master of improvisation, so I use TV instead, even with horrible graphic, I realise I know exactly what said where and click by instinct. Only thing that concern me is that screenshoot wont turn nice, but hope new monitor will come soon. Thanks again, new updates coming soon!

Happy Birthday Ladies

First week is near it's end. It was so busy that newly weds didn't have a chance to consume their marriage before it! Emerald worked hard and reached level 7 in Firefighter career, and got that axe and coat. Jamie got back on track and her performance at job was brilliant. She was also level 7. Agnes was inspired by fresh start so she picked up sculpting, and spent most of her time there. As weekend came, Agnes gave a Camera to Jamie as an early birthday present, so she got busy and maxed it within 2 days. Beside photography, Jamie planted a little garden and started collecting special seeds around town. Things were going just fine with these 3 best friends:

Emerald trow a birthday party for both Agnes and Jamie, and invited Christopher, the one that made Agnes so happy. They were all hoping Chris will move in and 2 young couple could have a wonderfull life and friends to share it with. But something was not OK. Christopher came but refused to kiss Agnes. He stayed and cheer her for her birthday but they didn't look so happy:

Poor Agnes, she was afraid that she neglected Christopher and that she was the reason for his distance. Chris didn't wait till Jamie birthday and left the party early, so none find out what is wrong with him.

On the other hand, Jamie look like a barbie doll. Adorable.

Unlike the Agnes and Christopher, Jamie and Emerald were deeply in love and it was visible in every step they made. Couple of candles later and new wish pop up.She wanted a baby. And so did Emerald.  Wish is promised but will wait a while.
