Where to dispose of genie?

OK, I picked a quest which involves a genie and chose to dispose him. But where do I dispose him? I would get 100 xp if I dispose the genie. Please help! Thanks!

OK, I finally figured it out on where to dispose the genie. It is in the town well! Cheers!
