That is a pretty awesome lighthouse and I love the way that it has been decorated too.

It's nice to see some affordable floorplans that are a little obscure too.

Kindest Regards

I like what you did with the floor plan Ausette, especially by taking out the tower walls on both floors. I hadn't even thought of that.

If I were to download a shell, do I have to leave all the interior walls where they are or am I free to totally renovate the inside?

Kindest Regards

I believe once you download it, it is yours to do what you want with. As long as you don't reupload it as your own invention. (people do not seem to like that)

It might be best to ask the person who built the house you want to change.

Yes you are allowed to decorate and renovate the inside, just not re-upload it, not without permission.

Any changes on the insides are fine. I only put walls in mine as a guideline. However if you are wishing to make changes to the outer Shell you should contact the creator of the Shell.

Well i'm sort of in between. Mainly because i used alot of time to think where it would be best to put walls ect.
On the other hand, im curious how others would like the house divided  ::) tsk tsk !

Anyway might as well just say "go ahead, you got free reins"  ;)

(still got tons of houses i need to empty out and/or finish, before i can upload them 8)

If you upload a house or shell you have to be aware that whoever downloads it can do whatever they want with it in their game. So if you download a house or a shell just for use in your game, you can pretty much do as you please, but if you do remodel it, it is common courtesy not to upload it unless the original builder says you can and you give them credit.
