I wouldn't try to max the Writer Career. Have you read Pam's Dreamweaver Dynasty?
She tried it with Gen. 8, and ended up having to switch to Journalism really last in Forest's life.

I found, after the Writing challenge this year, the writing is actually really easy to finish - you just have to be aware of how close you are and how far your can push your sim

George and Shannon have the Savvy Sculptor Trait...   George is going for all the Art Works and Shannon is doing Sculpting for fun or to take pressure off George. Joss will also do them all for George. I don't have a Supermax Sculptor so it's open for all.

Thanks Nicky!  Also to everyone else, planning is hectic for the future generations I shared my plan over at the Immortal Dynasty Thread and well... it got ripped to pieces.  Well there was some great ideas in there that I didn't think off and such. Soo... Looks like a pause in the game until I figure out this plan! I'm actually going to try and make a reasonable score on this Dynasty!
