Would my video card work my laptop? (Please help?)

Hey, Sorry if I've asked this once before but I really need to know! I have a '1gb ati mobility radeon hd 5650' Card, do you think my laptop would be able to work The sims 3 and Ambitions, late night and outdoor living? Maybe at medium setting? My laptop also has 640GB and 4 RAM. i've looked on different sites and they're all telling me different things! thankyou.  :)

All my searching tended to imply that it should be able to, hopefully your laptop will be delivered soon so you won't have to wait long to find out for sure.
