Firefighter - Large House Fire Job

When I am playing the firefighting profession, when I attend a large house fire, I can only find 3 out of 4 sims to be freed, can anyone help with this?

Make sure to scour all floors of the house and even outside on the yard.  Once I was looking all through the house to find a trapped Sim, only to find them burried under rubble under a tree outside.

It can also be a newborn baby or a toddler so it may be harder to find it. Pause the game and carefully check all rooms in all floors and the outside area.

It's sometimes indeed hard to find the persons but you really have to scroll around and zooming in on the lot to find the person.
Drag the walls down if you please, that also make things easier to see on the other side.

Sometimes the sim you need to "rescue" isn't even inside the house.  I find sims in the back yard, a safe distance from the house, who need to be told to run.
