Problem spawning one specific quest

As far as I know, I can spawn every quest except one with the "ShowAllQuests" cheat.
The one I can't spawn is "Contents:Genie".
If it helps, I have the Limited Edition of the game, and I've unlocked the bonus content. Do I need to register my game to get the quest? Or is this a weird bug?


I don't know which Medieval board this should go under, so sorry if it is in the wrong place.

Unless there are multiple quests with the name "genie" in them, I've played this quest without issue. I wasn't cheating, though. The quest simply came up in my list, in fact, it was one of the first I did.

I also unlocked bonus material when I first began playing, although I'm not sure if I have the "limited" version. It's the one that unlocks some bonus costumes and a few other things.
