Vacation Home

My Sim got at want to purchase a vacation home in China, but when I go to the computer or phone, I cannot get the purchase vacation home to come up.  Is there a step I am missing?  Thanks

You need to have level 3 Visa to purchase a vacation home.

And you need to be in China. Or wherever you want to buy the vacation home.

Thanks for the responses, my Sim has the level 3 Visa, so he must need to be over there to purchase it.

Right.  And you have to have the level 3 Visa in the country you purchase the home.  Just use your cell phone and you'll get an option to purchase a home.
