I Can't Edit in Game

My problem is pretty much the Subject Line. I can't Edit in Game. Edit in Game mode loads perfectly, I go to Edit Town, and when I build, I can't see anything. The only feasible work-around that I see is to build houses in a Save Game in "The Sims 3" and place them in my world through the bin.
Is this just a glitch? Or am I doing something wrong?

Seabody, do you see homes you place from bin in edit town? Is the screen blue (like when you zoom trough ground) or you see lot and roads but just nothing you build/place on?
Have you tried reinstalling CAW?

I see lots and roads, but nothing I build.
I haven't reinstalled or tried placing buildings from the bin.

I just tried to place Plumpuddle Park from the bin. It sort of worked. But very badly.

You could see the central pond - and black objects. You can't see any structure. I'd really like to build this world.

P.S Rabbit-Holes work fine. They can be placed.

Seabody, try reinstaling CAW and check graphic settings and requirements. Not shore what might cause that kind of problems in edit in game. I have wierd looking trees in CAW but they appear normal in Edit in game.
Also, have you tried contacting EA Support?

No - I haven't. I'll reinstall CAW shortly.
I've had CAW installed for ages and I've actually forgotten how to install it! Just to be sure, do I run worldtool.exe?

Yes you do. Check if you have enough free space on hard disc, lower your graphic settings, and if after reinstalling it it doesn't work, check with EA support.
