China - Martial Arts Dummy Thing?

My first sims (WA) went to china and they got level 5 each, but then my male sim got a wish to buy a training dummy so i went to the market but couldn't find them in the shops? Have I missed out a shop?

Yeah, it's sneaky. You need to go up a level or two to see the general store. It's to the far right of the market.
