Riverview Martial Arts Academy
« on: June 11, 2011, 04:59:05 PM »
My favorite town is Riverview and some of my sims need to learn martial arts, but did not have the desire or simoleons to travel to Shang Simla. So I plopped a 20x20 commercial lot acorss from the Riverview Stadium and built this little academy.

The area by the stadium is primarily a warehouse district, so the building keeps to that warehouse district look. The interior is decorated in an oriental style.

The academy features a sparring hall, a training hall, a gym, a library, coed showers, a rooftop meditation garden and a healthy juice bar.

Cool this looks awesome! It's always been a pain to go all the way to China just to practice Martial Arts!  ;D

This is awesome! Now my sims don't have to travel to learn martial arts! :)
The next time you look into the mirror, just look at the way the ears rest next to the head; look at the way the hairline grows;
 think of all the little bones in your wrist. It is a miracle. And the dance is a celebration of that miracle. *Martha Graham*

This looks really cool and I would have loved to add it to the world I'm creating, but when I click the link:

It looks awesome though!
